Russia is frantically trying to reverse a very sharp population decline. They've instituted a program to repatriate emigres which has seen only limited success so far.
But I often wonder if Russia hasn't done some genetic tampering with their population, given the fact the country (and other former satellites) is home to the world's highest concentration of beautiful young women. Will Russia take the plunge and set up breeding farms, where children are artificially conceived and raised by professional nurses, a la Brave New World? Countries have resorted to far more drastic measures to deal with existential threats...

Russia and babes definitely go hand in hand, don't they? For a long time I've thought it a waste that such gorgeous women get stuck living in such a dodgy country, with no sunshine/sandy beaches and what not...
Probably getting used and abused by fat old ugly bastards with loads of cash - doesn't Moscow have like the most millionaires in the world per capita or something?
