Ten of America's largest 19 banks need a combined $74.6bn (=17) of extra funds to boost their cash reserves.
That is the main finding of the so-called "stress tests" to see if the banks have sufficient capital to cope should the recession worsen.

3 elevens, easy enough. Do you also see the 17 in the BOA logo? The 1 is in blue, the 7 is in red... *yawn* square tilted at 45 degrees for chaos, and so on.
It's funny- I used to think that was a 17 too, but now I'm not so sure.

I saw 7-11 first, who knows what it's supposed to be. Could be a checkerboard. Could be the big lines represent the bank and its freedom and the small lines represent people and the dead end that is our financial system. Box on top of a box....
